  • Invoice (Memo)
  • Warranty Sticker
  • Full Box + Accessories
  • Complete Unboxing Video
Without these, warranty will be rejected
4. Claim Process

Dhaka: Visit office | Outside: Courier with safe packaging

Customer pays shipping (except valid early claim)

  • Water damage

  • Power surge or misuse
  • Missing sticker/invoice
