Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

We appreciate every time you trust gadgetbreeze.com.bd with your order. We want your buying experience to be completely hassle-free. We guarantee that all items offered on gadgetbreeze.com.bd are brand-new and unused. You can file a request if the goods you got are “Damaged” or “Not genuine.” After receiving your notice, we will get in touch with you within 7–10 days.

Return Policy:

  • For manufacturing defects, we provide a 3-day replacement.
  • If the goods is not authentic, you must let us know within 24 hours.
  • If a delivery provider or courier sent you a physically flawed, used, or different item. Prior to the delivery person, you must notify. Or, if you like, provide the product unpacking videos with the sealed gadgetbreeze.com.bd/brand container included. We won’t take any complaints without it; it is a need.
  • If the product is entirely different from the picture or the website’s description, you must contact the company within 24 hours. As you got it, the package must be complete and sealed. Any concerns will be dismissed once the product has been opened.
  • If you decide to change your mind or find a lost purchase, you have 24 hours to save the delivery packing and the product (which must be unopened and sealed).
  • Campaign/offer/discount products do not have a return or exchange policy. Think carefully before paying.
Note : 
  • Manufacturers are responsible for product quality. You cannot return an item if you’re unhappy with the quality as we are not the manufacturer.
  • Returns are only allowed if the item is in excellent condition. Too many scuffs, messes, and damaged products will just be disregarded.
  • Software-related issues (bugs, enhancements) are not covered by our support policy.
  • If you break the seal on an item that was otherwise undamaged, you cannot return it.
  • You will be required to pay delivery fees if you cancel an item after it has been sent.
  • There isn’t any sort of exchange policy here.
  • Minor errors in the product’s appearance, description, or information will be disregarded for lack of significance. All of these are against our support policy.
  • Customer is responsible for safely packing and shipping the item back. If the products are damaged while being returned to the gadgetbreeze.com.bd address, gadgetbreeze.com.bd will not be held accountable.
  • We invite clients to visit our office in Dhaka so they may describe their issues and receive prompt assistance. Depending on the issue, this may occasionally be required.
Refund Policy:
  • If we are unable to offer a substitute.
  • If you decide against placing the order before the products have been dispatched.
  • If you asked for a refund and the item was out of stock.

Note: 

  • After we receive and process your return, the majority of refunds are fully processed within 7 to 15 days.
  • If you use a credit card to pay us, we will request a bank reimbursement, which will take 7 to 10 working days. (The time it takes to receive credit card payments again depends on the commercial banks.)
  • If you want to pay us through BKash, Rocket, or mobile banking, your funds will be deposited to the account of your choice within 7–10 working days.
  • The purchaser must guarantee that the item is transported and packaged safely. If the items are damaged while being returned to the address provided by gadgetbreeze.com.bd, gadgetbreeze.com.bd will not be held liable.

  • Any misconduct will either result in the complaint being ignored outright or may cause a delay in its resolution. Customers’ patience will be greatly valued.
  • If a consumer wants to cancel their order after it has been sent, any partial payments or preorders are not refundable.
  • If the client notifies us of the cancellation of the purchase after payment has been received, BDT 1000 will be deducted as a penalty; he will not be eligible for a refund, but he will be free to choose any other product with the remaining balance.
Warranty Policy:
Brand Warranty:

  • We will communicate with brand/seller (within 10-15 working days)
  • For Warranty Claim you Must submit Box along with accessories. physical Damage or dent/ scratch will not be accepted for warranty.
Replacement Warranty:
 
  • Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Replacement only 1 time during the whole warranty period.
  • Notify us during the warranty period.
  • Any kind of scratch or dent products are out of our policy. You have to return fresh items as  you received.
  • Replacement or fix issue takes at least 3-4 weeks. We repeat it takes at least 3-4 weeks to replace or fix any product. You must have to agree before order.
Gadgetbreeze.com.bd Warranty:
  • Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect (within 3 days).
  • Replacement only 1 time during the whole warranty period.
  • Count down start from the day you received product.
