Return & Replacement Warranty
We offer a 3-day replacement warranty under the following conditions:
- Non-Genuine or Fake Products – Must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Physically Damaged Products – Report immediately in front of the delivery person or provide an unboxing video as proof.
- Wrong Product Received – If the item differs completely from the website image.
- Change of Mind / Incorrect Order – Only applicable for unopened items.

আপনাদের যে প্রোডাক্টটি কিনেছিলাম, আজ থেকে প্রায় এক বছর হবে। এবং সত্যি বলতে গেলে খুব ভালো লাগছে। প্রোডাক্টের কোয়ালিটি, সব কিছু ভালো। যদিওবা আমরা জানি, মডেলটা অনেকটাই পুরনো, তবুও প্রোডাক্টি প্রচুর ভালো। এবং খুব ভালোভাবে কাজ করছে। তবে, আশা করি এখানে যারা সেলাররা আছেন, তারা তাদের ব্যবহার এবং কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট আরও উন্নত করবেন। কারণ আমি গতবার যখন অর্ডার দিচ্ছিলাম, তখন মোটামুটি কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট পাইনি। তবে প্রোডাক্টটা খুব ভালো ছিল, এবং কম দামে পেয়েছি অন্যান্য সেলিং ওয়েবসাইটের তুলনায়। মোটামুটি ভালো, যেকেউ চাইলে কম দামে এখান থেকে কিনতে পারেন। ধন্যবাদ
