- Advance Payment for Outside Dhaka – A partial payment of 130 TK is required to confirm the order.

Return & Replacement Warranty
We offer a 3-day replacement warranty under the following conditions:
- Non-Genuine or Fake Products – Must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Physically Damaged Products – Report immediately in front of the delivery person or provide an unboxing video as proof.
- Wrong Product Received – If the item differs completely from the website image.
- Change of Mind / Incorrect Order – Only applicable for unopened items.
